Shipping policy

RETURN POLICY

Merchandise may be returned for credit or refund within 10 days from date of purchase if received in re-saleable condition, complete with label instructions. A copy of the original order showing purchase or information stating the invoice number and date of purchase, with reason for return must accompany the article. Do not mail purchase information in letter form under separate cover. A 15% restocking charge may be applicable to all merchandise returned to cover costs involved in processing the return. Do not return any products C.O.D. as it cannot be accepted by our warehouse. Email first for return authorization and instructions.

SHIPPING POLICY

We will process and ship in stock items within 24 of receipt. Travel time is dependent upon method of shipment and normal holiday policies.
