By accessing our website, purchasing products, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Airboat Solutions LLC specializes in the sale and distribution of engine components, replacement parts, accessories, maintenance supplies, and related products intended primarily for recreational airboat applications.

All products are sold subject to the terms, conditions, disclaimers, and limitations outlined in this agreement.

By purchasing from Airboat Solutions LLC, customers acknowledge their responsibility to verify product compatibility, proper installation, and the intended use of all purchased components.

2. Recreational Airboat Use Only – FAA Disclaimer

IMPORTANT NOTICE: PRODUCTS SOLD BY AIRBOAT SOLUTIONS LLC ARE INTENDED FOR RECREATIONAL AIRBOAT AND OTHER SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIED NON-AVIATION APPLICATIONS ONLY.

Unless expressly stated in an individual product listing and supported by applicable documentation, products sold by Airboat Solutions LLC are not represented, certified, or approved by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for installation or use in certificated aircraft, aircraft engines, or other regulated aviation applications.

Airboat Solutions LLC does not represent that its products meet FAA airworthiness requirements or that they are eligible for installation on any particular aircraft.

Certain products may be manufactured by companies that also produce aircraft or aviation components. The presence of an aviation manufacturer's name, aircraft engine model, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part number, or aviation-related reference does not, by itself, establish FAA approval or eligibility for installation on an aircraft.

Any applicable FAA approval or airworthiness documentation must be independently verified before a product is considered for an aviation application.

Airboat Solutions LLC does not authorize or represent products marketed solely for recreational airboat use as suitable for installation in certificated aircraft.

Customers are solely responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate and legally permissible for their intended application.

Products purchased from Airboat Solutions LLC must not be used in certificated aircraft unless the specific product is eligible for that installation under all applicable aviation regulations.

Airboat Solutions LLC makes no representation that products marketed exclusively for recreational airboat use satisfy aviation certification, inspection, traceability, or airworthiness requirements.

3. Customer Responsibility & Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for verifying that all purchased parts and components are compatible with their specific engine, equipment, and intended application.

Product descriptions, specifications, engine compatibility references, diagrams, and technical information are provided for general identification and purchasing purposes.

Although Airboat Solutions LLC strives to provide accurate product information, customers must independently confirm part numbers, dimensions, specifications, compatibility, and installation requirements before purchasing or installing any product.

Airboat Solutions LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from the selection or installation of incompatible parts, incorrect applications, unauthorized modifications, or misuse of products, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Customers acknowledge that modifications to engine components, fuel systems, ignition systems, exhaust systems, and other mechanical equipment may affect engine performance, reliability, and operational safety.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that all purchased components are appropriate for their intended recreational airboat application.

4. Installation, Maintenance & Mechanical Safety

Products sold by Airboat Solutions LLC may include engine components, fuel system parts, ignition components, gaskets, seals, exhaust components, steering systems, and other mechanical equipment.

Improper installation, maintenance, modification, or use of these components may result in equipment damage, engine failure, fire, personal injury, or other hazardous conditions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all products are installed, inspected, maintained, and operated in accordance with applicable manufacturer instructions and safety requirements.

Installation and maintenance should be performed by individuals possessing the appropriate mechanical knowledge, training, and experience.

Airboat Solutions LLC does not assume responsibility for improper installation, incorrect assembly, unauthorized product modification, inadequate maintenance, or operation outside the product's intended specifications.

Customers should inspect all components before installation and discontinue use of any product that appears damaged, defective, or unsuitable for its intended application.

5. Assumption of Risk

RECREATIONAL AIRBOATING AND THE OPERATION OF HIGH-PERFORMANCE ENGINES, PROPELLERS, FUEL SYSTEMS, AND MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT INVOLVE INHERENT RISKS.

By purchasing and using products from Airboat Solutions LLC, customers acknowledge that recreational airboating may involve risks, including equipment malfunction, mechanical failure, property damage, bodily injury, and death.

Customers voluntarily accept the inherent risks associated with their recreational activities and assume responsibility for operating and maintaining their equipment safely.

Airboat Solutions LLC is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, negligent maintenance, reckless operation, or the use of products outside their intended applications.

Nothing in this section is intended to waive or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AIRBOAT SOLUTIONS LLC DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM IMPROPER INSTALLATION, PRODUCT MISUSE, UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATION, INCOMPATIBLE APPLICATIONS, OR OPERATION OF PRODUCTS OUTSIDE THEIR INTENDED PURPOSE.

Airboat Solutions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, installation, modification, or use of its products, to the extent such damages may lawfully be excluded.

Such damages may include:

• Loss of business or income.
• Loss of use of equipment.
• Equipment downtime.
• Towing, transportation, or recovery expenses.
• Incidental expenses arising from mechanical failure.
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized product modifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Airboat Solutions LLC's liability for claims relating to the purchase of a product shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including claims or damages for which liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions eliminates any nonwaivable rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

7. Product Warranties & Disclaimer

Airboat Solutions LLC distributes products manufactured by various manufacturers and suppliers.

Products may be subject to individual manufacturer warranties, where applicable.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Airboat Solutions LLC does not provide additional warranties beyond those expressly offered in the applicable product listing or written warranty documentation.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AIRBOAT SOLUTIONS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Products are sold subject to their published descriptions, specifications, applicable manufacturer warranties, and any nonwaivable consumer protections.

Airboat Solutions LLC does not guarantee that any product will be suitable for a customer's specific engine, equipment configuration, intended modification, or operating conditions.

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility and suitability before installation.

Nothing in this section limits any express warranty that cannot legally be disclaimed or any rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Manufacturer Identification & Product Descriptions

Airboat Solutions LLC may reference manufacturers, engine models, part numbers, and equipment brands, including Continental, Lycoming, and other manufacturers, for product identification and compatibility purposes.

Unless expressly stated, Airboat Solutions LLC is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these manufacturers.

References to original equipment manufacturer part numbers are intended to assist customers in identifying compatible replacement components.

Aftermarket products are not represented as genuine OEM products unless specifically identified as such.

Manufacturer names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Airboat Solutions LLC reserves the right to correct product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and compatibility information when errors are identified.

9. Product Inspection & Acceptance

Customers should inspect all products upon delivery and before installation.

If a product appears damaged, defective, incomplete, or inconsistent with the product ordered, customers should contact Airboat Solutions LLC before installing or using the item.

Customers should not install or operate products that show visible damage, manufacturing defects, or other conditions that could compromise safe operation.

Installing or modifying a product may affect eligibility for certain returns or exchanges under the applicable return policy.

This section does not limit any nonwaivable warranty or consumer protection rights.

10. Orders, Pricing & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability and order acceptance.

Airboat Solutions LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when a product is unavailable, pricing information is incorrect, or an order cannot lawfully be fulfilled.

If a paid order is canceled by Airboat Solutions LLC before fulfillment, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the canceled items.

Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders and confirming product quantities, part numbers, and compatibility before completing their purchase.

11. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping times provided by Airboat Solutions LLC are estimates unless otherwise expressly guaranteed.

Airboat Solutions LLC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Airboat Solutions LLC does not represent that purchasing a product for recreational use exempts the customer from applicable safety or regulatory requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of products sold by Airboat Solutions LLC shall be subject to applicable federal and state laws.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
